Terms & Conditions

  1. All online and telephone bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing by owner and a deposit to be paid within 10 days.
  2. A deposit the given percentage of the total booking cost of the stay is required at time of booking. The balance and security to be paid 30 days prior to holiday start date.
  3. The proprietors reserve the right to alter the booking arrangement in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation by the proprietor is necessary the monies received shall be returned in full.
  4. The cottages are available from 3pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure.
  5. The clients shall keep the accommodation and all furniture and fittings in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
  6. The proprietor shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury.
  7. The number of persons using the holiday accommodation shall not exceed the max number stated on the cottage details.
  8. In the event of cancellation – the  deposit is non refundable. If the stay is cancelled within the period of 4 weeks before the start date of the visit and the cottage cannot be re-let, no monies shall be refunded.
